As the Oscar season heats up, it's fun to look back on Oscar history. Because there are so many awards, it's strange to actually see what films can actually be called "Oscar winners." Essentially, they are silly or terrible movies, but they did one thing right and the Academy recognized that. This whole list could actually just be makeup awards (thank God Norbit didn't win...though it was nominated), but I'll look at five films that won different Oscars, in chronological order.

So, I would pray that the Academy thinks about to whom they are giving those less heralded awards. That still makes the movie an "Oscar winner." I have trouble using that term lightly.
